1. Your Trust, Our Promise

At Lumina Bloom, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If a fragrance doesn’t meet your expectations, we’re here to help — because buying scent online should feel just as confident as testing it in person.

2. 7-Day Review Period

We offer a 7-day window from the date of delivery to raise any concerns. This allows you time to evaluate your purchase while the scent is still fresh in your mind.

3. Condition for Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the fragrance should be in its original condition — lightly tested (not more than a few sprays), with the packaging intact and at least 85% of the content remaining.

4. Fast Resolutions

Once a request is approved, we aim to resolve returns or exchanges within 2–4 business days. Your time matters, and we won’t keep you waiting.

5. Refund Method

Eligible refunds will be processed in the form of store credit or direct bank transfer, based on your preference and the order type.

6. Shipping Costs & Responsibility

Customers are responsible for sending back items unless there was an error on our end. Original delivery fees are not refundable.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items? We’ve Got It Covered

If you receive a product that is broken, leaking, or simply not what you ordered, we’ll cover all return shipping and send out a replacement free of charge.

8. Bulk Order Policy

Orders above Rs.5,000 or those containing 3 or more items are not eligible for refunds, but we do offer exchanges to ensure you’re still satisfied.

9. Non-Returnable Items

Tester units, promotional samples, and items bought on clearance are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
